Arthur Milton Vickers, Jr affectionately known as Crock was born on June 10, 1965 to Roberta Lowdins Vital and Arthur Vickers Sr. He was raised in Welsh, La and attended Welsh High School. Junior as he was known to his family was a loving and caring person. He enjoyed helping people and making you laugh. He was known throughout the community for always lending a helping hand and offering his assistance. He will be truly missed.

He leaves to mourn his passing: Two sisters: Gwendolyn Walker of Jennings, La and Carol Vickers of Lafayette, La.; Two brothers: Willie "T-Rat" Vital and Dickie (Mae) Vickers of Lafayette, La.; One sister-in-law Darlene Vital; Two Aunts: Retha Talbert of Lake Charles, La and Judy Charles of Jennings, La. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Roberta Vital and Arthur Vickers Sr. One brother: John Vital and one sister: Pamela Vital. His maternal grandmother Julia Prudhomme Lowdins.
