With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Byron Kewon Williams, who was born on April 10, 2002, in Montgomery, Maryland, and peacefully gained his wings on April 10, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
Byron was a loving son whose presence brought warmth and joy to everyone around him. He was known for his beautiful smile, gentle spirit, and the way he could light up a room without saying a word. Those who knew Byron will always remember the love he had for his family and the special bond he shared with those closest to him.
Byron found happiness in life’s simple moments. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, listening to music, and playing his video games. Whether he was laughing with loved ones or enjoying his favorite songs, Byron created memories that will be cherished forever.
Though his time on earth was far too short, Byron’s life was filled with love, and his impact will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, LaQuetta Chavis; his father, Kewon Williams; his sister, Karleigh Floyd; his brother, Xavier Spears; his uncle, Bryant Chavis, Sr.; his aunts, Brittany Chavis; Yashica Duncan and Amber Hall, his grandparents, Ruby and Alvin Chavis, and Vanessa Fikes; along with a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Byron was preceded in death by his uncle, Byron Chavis, and his grandfather, Cedric Duncan.
Byron’s smile, love, and spirit will remain with us always. Though he is no longer physically with us, his memory will continue to shine in the lives he touched forever.
