Derrick Dewayne Landry "Toe Doe" was born April 30,1978, in Lake Charles, La. Derrick passed away on October 17, 2024 in Metairie, La.

Derrick was a hardworking man, Derick worked at several plants throughout his career. Derrick carried many titles. Derrick loved his children with all his heart. Derrick loved fishing and spending time with family.

Derrick will always be remembered and cherished by his mother Patricia Landry of Lake Charles, his father Rocky Levi (Sherrell) of Pennsylvania. His' children Derricka Holloway of Lake Charles, Alexandria Leblanc of Lake Charles, Derrick Perry of Lake Charles and Lekiha Perry of Lake Charles. His grandchildren Seyvior Salter; Nahlij Salter, Namiko Wilson and Legacy Richard all of Lake Charles. His siblings Dedrick Landry, Terrica Landry, Desmond Landry, Shetara Landry, Shiniece Landry, Dominique Reynard, Tonya Landry, Jaylen Levi, Elger Levi, Patty Levi, Cheryl Levi and Rocky Allen Levi all of Lake Charles. His memories will be cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

He is Preceded in death by his grandparents Alice Landry, James Nelson, Ruth Lemelle and Elger Lemelle, His Aunts Marie Landry, Betty Nelson, Sharon Nelson, Mary Ann Landry-Gay and Elizabeth Cole.
