Donavon Paul Henny was born on July 26th, 1991 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Leo Paul Henny Jr. and Henrietta Henny. On Thursday, June 19, 2025 at his place of residence in Lake Charles, Donavon quietly departed this life.

At an early age, he professed his faith in Jesus and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He then became a member of St. Henry Catholic Church. Donovan was a graduate of Washington Marion Magnet High School where he played football and ran track. He was a talented student-athlete making the all district team his Junior and Senior Year. In school, he was loved by everyone he came across. Donovan was a jack of all trades and wasn't shy when it came to learning a new skill.

Donovan was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Henry Grice, Dorothy Jean Jackson, Nolan and Ann Gallo, Samuel Captain, Lena Bell Jones and his aunts; Easter Jackson, Cynthia Jackson, Jocelyn Fant, Lena Denise Leday and Uncle Roland Gallo.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished by his two loving children, Qwynn Gaylyn Henny and Kyrick Jace Picou. Recognizing significant people in his life, Courtney Hubert Jacob and Karley Picou, the mothers of his children. He leaves behind his grandparents, Leo Paul Henny Sr. (Rose) and Peggy Reliford. His uncles, Arthur Lee Jackson and Paul Henny, and his Aunt, Lillian Henny-Alexander (Ed). His siblings, Derek Jackson, Anthony Jackson, Dorian Nero (Tania), Brittany Jackson-Walker (Preston), Jazlynn Henny- Guillory (Sharod Sr.), Tiffany Henny, Leondra Henny-Wiltz (Rashad), Jayland Jackson, and Sir Derricque Tubbs. Lastly, his 16 nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many.
