Felicia Ann Cretchen, 47, of Oak Harbor, WA was born on November 21, 1976 and departed this life of September 7, 2024.Felicia was born to the late Wanda Marie Cretchen and was raised in the small community of Welsh, LA.
At a young age, Felicia joined New Hope Baptist Church. On her journey, she later joined the church that she loved, Life Church in Oak Harbor, WA, where she worked on the Usher Board; also in the front office doing administrative work and just helping out wherever she could. Felicia was a proud graduate of Welsh High School.
