Joseph Rubin, Jr. departed this life Monday, October 22, 2018 in Broussard, LA.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Vendella Rubin; two daughters, Rosella Rubin Nelson and Mashon Hardy of San Francisco, CA; two sons, Joseph Neal Rubin, III of San Francisco, CA, and Rico Ricardo Rubin of Gueydan, LA; two brothers, Dale Simon of Las Vegas, NV, and Anthony Palfrey of Jennings, LA; one aunt, Mabel Daigle of San Francisco, CA, Earl (Nell) Cormier of San Francisco, CA.

Six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren all of San Francisco, CA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Rosella Rubin; three brothers, Charles, Sidney and Jerry; four sisters, Emere, Alma, Beverly and Geneva.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Fondel Memorial Chapel, located 832 N. Lyons St., Lake Charles, LA, 70601.
