Kayson was born July 30, 2023, at 4:35pm, to Aniyah Pattum and Leonard Royster.

Being nearly eight weeks too early, he weighed 3lbs/10oz. Kayson fought as hard as any newborn could, but his fight ended on August 4, 2023, at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital.

He is survived by his parents, Aniyah and Leonard, one brother, Zylan Roster, Maternal Grandparents, Kayla/Desmond Thomas, and Nortley Pattum, Paternal Grandparents, Tammy Royster/Leonard Fontenot, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

His short time with us here on earth will always remain a memory in the lives of his family, never to be forgotten.
