Khylin J. Stevens

Khylin Jamal Stevens was born on November 15, 1997, to Rodrick Guillory and Jacquetta D. Stevens in Lake Charles, LA. He was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Reverend Edward J. Alexander, Pastor of Christian Baptist Church in Lake Charles, LA.

He attended and graduated from LaGrange Senior High School in Lake Charles, LA. After high school, he worked part-time at Checkers, and he also worked in the construction industry.

Khylin was a loving person in his own way. He was always fun to be around. He loved watching scary movies and playing video games. It was a joy for him to make others laugh. 

Mr. Khylin Stevens departed this earthly life on August 15, 2026, at the age of 28. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kalin Jemel Stevens, two grandfathers, Mr. Horace J. Stevens, Sr. and Mr. Roy Guillory; one great-grandmother, Mrs. Anita Jiles; two uncles, Mr. Horace J. Stevens, Jr., and Mr. Carlos J. Stevens, Jr.; along with one aunt, Ms. Meycosia R. Jones.

He leaves to mourn, two daughters, Jade Miller and Keyvoni White of Lake Charles, LA; one son, Kharsin White of Lake Charles, LA; his father, Rodrick (Petrina) Guillory of Lake Charles, LA; his mother, Jacquetta D. Stevens of Lake Charles, LA, three brothers, Kelin Stevens, Christopher Hooker, and Rawlin Guillory all of Lake Charles, LA; three sisters, Taylor Broussard, Cyd-ne Broussard, Ry'n Guillory all of Lake Charles, LA;   two grandmothers, Eva Mae Stevens and Audrey Guillory both of Lake Charles, LA; six aunts, Lytandia Stevens, Belita Cole, Juanette Stevens, Rhonda (Stafford) James, Sparkle Broussard, and Sheryl Guillory all of Lake Charles, LA.; one great -aunt, Irma Moore of Lake Charles, LA, along with a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
