Kimberly B. Edwards was born on February 4,1980 in Lake Charles to Patricia Bellard Edwards and the late Leonard Daniel Edwards Jr. She attended school at Sacred Heart K-8, then she went on to attend Saint Louis High School. There she was a cheerleader and very well known and graduated with her diploma.

Kimberly never met a stranger and she was a people person like her belated dad L. D. Edwards. She was formerly married to Kenneth Brazil and to this union one son was born, Kenneth "Nuk" James Brazil Montana.

She went on to further her education by attending Lamar University in Beaumont Texas for a couple years. After hurricane Rita she moved to Forth Worth, Texas where she was certified as a Pharmacy Technician and also became a Texas Realtor in 2017. While battling cancer for the 2nd and 3rd time, she attended Tarrant Community College in Texas. Kimberly departed this life and went home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2024.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her mother, Patricia Bellard Edwards of Lake Charles, LA; one son, Kenneth James Brazil Montano; one sister, Kay Edwards Campbell of Baton Rouge, LA; two brothers, Joshua (Danyelle) Edwards and Gary Edwards; four aunts, Stella Ledee of Houston, TX, Annette Bellard and Carolyn Andrus both of Lake Charles, LA and Janet Bellard of Phoenix, AZ; four uncles, Wilbert (Patricia) Bellard of Macon, GA, Mitchell (Darlene) Bellard of Lake Charles, LA, Harold (Maria) Bellard of Riverside, CA and Manuel Cortez of Houston, TX; sister-in-law, Violet Bellard of Lake Charles, LA; a special companion, Terry Joe Guillory of Forth Worth, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Daniel Edwards Jr.; James Bellard, Brenda Bradbury, Joyce Cortez and grandparents, Wilford and Annabell Bellard.
