Patricia Ann Warmsley Brown was born August 26, 1945 in Oakdale, Louisiana to the proud parent of Virgie Lee Warmsley but was raised by James and Ella Murray (deceased). Patricia Brown was the oldest of nine children. She attended Central High School where she graduated in 1963.
She accepted and believed in the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Trinity Baptist Church in Galveston, Texas under the direction of Rev. Foster. She later moved to Alexandria, Louisiana where she became a member of Live Oak Missionary Baptist Church under the direction of Rev. James Hardison, Sr. A few years later she moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana in 2002 where she attended New Sunlight Baptist Church under the direction of Kevin Donaldson, now the leadership of Rev. A. L. Williams II. She was a part of the Usher Board, Mission Ministry, and she also helped with Children's Church as well as with the Youth Department.
She married Freddie B. Brown in Alexandria, Louisiana and in their marriage, they had three
children, Terri Hardison, Freddie Brown, and Cabrini Harris.
Patricia transitioned into the eternal realms of Glory and entered the Joy of her Lord God on
March 15, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virgie-Lee Warmsley; her granddaughter, Lakayla
Harris; her grandson, Derrick Harris and her sisters, Denise and Teresa Green.
Patricia leaves to cherish her precious memories her four sisters, two brothers, two daughters,
Cabrini Harris and Terri Hardison; one son, Freddie Brown (Mona); her adopted daughter,
LaQuanda Webb; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends.
