Obituary
Funeral for Phyllis Tipphy, 66, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7,2020 at Mossville Truth Tabernacle Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will be in Orange Grove Cemetery in Lake Charles, LA under the direction of Fondel Memorial Chapel.
