Visitation for Mrs. Retha Franklin will be held on Saturday, Mar. 26, 2022, from 11 am to 12:45 PM in Fondel Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be held on Saturday, Mar. 26, 2022, at 1:00 PM in St. Henry Catholic Church located at 1021 8th Ave, Lake Charles, LA 70601. Burial will be in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of Fondel Memorial Chapel.
