Stephanie Denise, 62, went home peacefully to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday September 14, 2025. Denise was known for her courage, dignity, and unwavering spirit. A woman of strong faith, she instilled the importance of family, faith, and hard work in her children and was a true role model to all she encountered. She was known for always having a smile, hug, words of kindness and wisdom as well as a safe place to lay your head if that's what was needed at the time. Denise loved to travel, cook, shop, laugh and always praise the lord.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Greg Lewis I; mother, Joyce Bradley, and brother, Curtis Thompson.

She is survived by her husband Dexter Davis; daughter, Brandi (Louis) Augustus; sons, Gregory (Shasta) Lewis II and Adonis (Kimberly) Lewis; daughters, Jada Stevens and Marva Stevens; step daughter, Vanity Jeffries; sister, Lavergne Simmons; 18 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
