Vivian Marie
"Tiny" Robinson
July 29, 1961 – June 10, 2024
Vivian Marie (Tiny) Robinson was born on July 29, 1961 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Rosie Stevens and Earl Robinson.
She accepted Christ into her life at an early age. She was a member of Greater St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. R. B. House, where she was a member of the youth choir.
She graduated from Marion High School in 1980. She was employed at Martin Deporres Group Home for several years and retired from Robinswood Group Home for over 20 years.
Most people knew Vivian as "Tiny". She was so funny, witty, generous and you couldn't help but love her, because she kept you laughing. She loved to cook and she enjoyed family and friends.
On June 10, 2024 Vivian went on to be with the Lord. She fought a good fight, she kept the faith, she finished the course, now she's gone to get her crown in glory.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Robinson; grandmother, Elmira Robinson; her maternal grandparents, Mae Ella and Walter Campbell. Also her aunt, Audrey Maxine Gaines and uncle, Edward (Sonny) Campbell.
She leaves to treasure her memories her daughter, Ashley Robinson; mother, Rosie Stevens; grandchildren, Aniya and Aiyana Robinson of Houston, TX, Berrie Henry (Daniel) of Houston, TX, Amy Johnson of Houston, TX, Caroline and Donna Robinson of Lake Charles, LA; three brothers, Don Robinson, Steven Robinson and Earl Robinson, Jr. all of Lake Charles, LA; three aunts, Darlene Johnson (Larmorise) of Houston, TX, Velma Jean Carter (Kenneth) of Greenville, MS and Ollie Mae Washington of Houston, TX; god daughter, Earline Johnson of Houston, TX; a host of other godchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Matthew 22:37-39: [37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [38] This is the first and great commandment. [39] And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
Vivian lived her life as such she Loved God with all her being and she loved her Family and Friends. Her Favorite words were " I LOVE YOU MORE". We can emulate her life by Loving God and having unconditionally Love for each other. Rest in Peace Beloved One.
